| Education informatization 2.0 points out that the informatization of education is regarded as an endogenous variable of the systemic reform of education to support and lead the modernization of education.As a leader in the development of school education informatization,the principal’s own level of informatization leadership determines the process of school education informatization.In 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Informatization Leadership Standards for Primary and Secondary School Principals(Trial)",which pointed out the direction of efforts to improve the level of informatization leadership of principals.After sorting out the literature on the research of principals’ informationized leadership,it is found that in recent years,academic research on principals’ informationized leadership is on the rise,but most of them are concentrated in urban primary and secondary school principals’ informatized leadership,and rural primary school principals’ informatized leadership there are few empirical studies on leadership.Therefore,this research aims to enrich the theory of informatized leadership of principals by investigating the status quo of the informatization leadership of principals in rural primary schools,and provide a certain reference for improving the level of informatization leadership of principals in rural primary schools.This research uses the literature research method and the education survey method to study the current situation of the information leadership of the rural primary school principals.First of all,it sorts out and analyzes the existing research results of the principal’s information leadership,and discusses the connotation and composition of the principal’s information leadership to provide a theoretical basis for the compilation of the questionnaire.Secondly,a self-compiled questionnaire was used to investigate the status quo of the information leadership of rural primary school principals in the five districts of Chongqing City,D District,H District,J District,Q District,and District N,and used SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0.The data processing software counts the questionnaire data,combines theoretical research and principal interviews to analyze the cause and value of the survey results of Chongqing rural primary school principals’ information leadership,and on this basis,puts forward suggestions for improving rural primary school principals’ information leadership.The study concluded that the informatization leadership of the principals of rural primary schools in Chongqing is at a moderate level,but the informatization planning and design capabilities and the informatization evaluation and promotion capabilities are relatively weak.There are significant differences in the information leadership of rural primary school principals in terms of age,education,and length of service.The information leadership of rural primary school principals aged 51-60 is significantly lower than that of principals 31-50 years old,and rural primary school principals with a college degree The informatization leadership is significantly lower than that of principals with undergraduate and master degrees,and the informatization leadership of principals of rural primary schools who have served for more than 10 years is significantly lower than that of principals who have served for less than 10 years.There are no significant differences in gender,job title,teaching subject,school type,and school nature.By analyzing the causes of the survey results of rural primary school principals’ information leadership,and discussing the significance and deficiencies of the results,this research puts forward suggestions for improving rural primary school principals’ information leadership.The specifics are as follows: develop the principal’s ability to lead the course teaching,improve the principal’s informatization planning and design capabilities;enhance the principal’s ability to optimize the school’s internal management,and improve the principal’s ability to promote informatization evaluation;pay attention to the age difference of principals,and improve the information-based leadership of older rural primary school principals;pay attention to the differences in academic qualifications of principals,and enhance the information-based leadership of rural primary school principals with low academic qualifications;address the difference in the length of office of principals,and improve the informatization of long-term rural primary school principals leadership... |
