The teaching profession is a special occupation.Teachers have a higher sense of identity and can promote the development of the teaching team in a better direction. It is not only about the development of teachers themselves, but also about the long-term and future of students.Building a solid professional identity is conducive to the development of teachers' value and the promotion of teachers' profession. As the state pays more and more attention to education, the balanced development of urban and rural education is put on the agenda. The relevant education policies introduced by the state not only point the direction of education, but also point out the bright future for teachers. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current situation of teachers 'professional identity in the village of Etokeqianqi, find out the factors and root causes that affect their professional identity, and put forward the countermeasures to improve their professional identity effectively from the government level. As a frontline teacher from a village school,I want to pay close attention to rural education and improve rural teachers' professional identity through real education research.Through questionnaire and field interview, the present situation and problems of teachers 'professional identity in the village of Etokeqianqi were investigated. From the six dimensions of professional awareness, professional emotion, professional expectations, professional ability, professional values, and work environment, more than 200 teachers from the four rural schools in Etokqianqi were surveyed and some teachers were interviewed in depth. The survey results show that:(1)The overall level of professional identity of teachers in the villages of Etokeqianqi is low.(2)The teacher's gender, teaching age, professional title, personal career planning, work experience, work remuneration, and school environment all affect the teacher's professional identity level.Through an in-depth analysis of the survey results and reference to relevant literature,it is concluded that the factors affecting these problems are manifold, but the fundamental factor lies in the National Education policy. The author has grasped the root cause and put forward some suggestions to the local government departments to improve the professional identity of local rural teachers. They mainly include: developing the local economy, formulating reasonable public policies, improving teachers 'treatment, increasing education investment, improving teachers' social status, promoting teachers 'professional development, and strengthening management.
