The country’s hope lies in education,and the hope of education lies in the teachers.Since reform and opening up,the process of urbanization in China has accelerated and large numbers of rural people have poured themselves into the city,resulting in many rural teachers dropping out of school and settling in the city Due to urbanization,compulsory education in the countryside is also currently facing great difficulties,and the gap between the difficulties faced by rural teachers and the problems faced by urban teachers is gradually widening.As the gap between rural environments and urban environment is becoming more and more evident,the population transfer from rural areas to the city is on an upward trend year after year,more and more people are moving to the city to live,increasing the group of commuters who work in and out of rural schools City live,develop.Due to the separation of their place of work and residence,it brings more inconvenience and difficulty for this group,so we should increase supervision.Teachers in rural areas should pay more attention to them.Attention to this group can not only be the post identity of the rural Improve commuting teachers,but also improve the quality of teaching of rural basic education and create a good basis for building a harmonious new socialist rural area.This paper takes 150 rural commuting teachers from two township schools in Dunhua City as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey of 150 rural commuting teachers from two township schools in Dunhua City and interviews with50 rural commuting teachers,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the knowledge of statistics,and makes a preliminary analysis on the post identity of rural commuting teachers in Dunhua City The main conclusions are as follows: firstly,the post identity of rural commuting teachers in Dunhua City is at a general level;secondly,with the improvement of salary level and professional title,the post identity of rural commuting teachers is also improved;thirdly,the post identity of junior rural commuting teachers and divorced rural commuting teachers is low;fourthly,social support and school support Support does not have a positive impact on rural commuting teachers’ job identity.This paper mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for these problems: first,improve the material conditions,improve the satisfaction of commuting teachers;second,strengthen social intervention,improve the understanding of commuting teachers on the post;third,relieve the mental pressure,improve the happiness of commuting teachers. |
