Non-enrolled preschool teachers are a member of China's "dual-track" personnel system and occupy a certain number of "vulnerable groups" in the preschool education industry.As a member of preschool teachers,their professional identity also affects the teaching quality of the whole preschool teaching team.At present,Chinese scholars study of teachers' professional identity are mainly composed of primary and secondary school teachers,although some research in recent years more and more attention to preschool teachers' professional identity,but the study of non at preschool teachers scarce,to the little public kindergarten teachers' research at less.The research on the professional identity of non-teachers is still in an immature state.Therefore,the author in the public garden not writing teachers as research object,through a questionnaire survey of Anshan public garden than at the teachers' professional identity status quo in the average level,suggesting they compared to writing teacher,didn't you call the "at" how "at".Generally speaking,I am satisfied with my job.At the same time,combined with the interview analysis on the factors influencing the professional identity of non-teachers in public kindergartens,the constructive Suggestions on improving the professional identity are given. |
