Teacher training is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers.This paper discusses the development process of teacher training in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,and summarizes the experience of teachers' training in Hangzhou on this basis,so as to provide reference for the development of teachers' training in the future.This paper is divided into the following six parts:The first part introduces the basis,significance,definition and literature review of the thesis.The second part introduces the development and changes of the national primary and secondary school teachers' training in the past 40 years of reform and opening up through the promulgation and implementation of relevant policy documents and notices at the macro level,as well as the achievements of teachers' training.The third part discusses the training of primary and secondary school teachers in Hangzhou during the convalescence period(1978-1990).In this stage,the main work is to restore the establishment of teacher training institutions,to compensate teachers with substandard academic qualifications,and to implement the teacher professional qualification certificate system.In the recovery of this decade,the teaching staff in Hangzhou has a group of qualified primary and secondary school teachers,which has initially improved the quality of the teaching staff.The fourth part analyzes the training of primary and secondary school teachers in Hangzhou during the transition period(1990-2010).During this period,the work of municipal and county training institutions in Hangzhou has received much attention,and a number of provincial model county-level training institutions have appeared.Teacher training has gone through the process from academic training to non-academic training.The government has implemented large-scale training programs,such as "cross-century gardener project","rural teacher quality improvement project" and "leading wild goose project",to promote furtherdevelopment of teacher training.The fifth part is the teacher training in Hangzhou during the development period(2011-).Hangzhou has promulgated a number of regulations to form a full staff teacher training system.Teachers have their own right to choose,and the competition mechanism of training programs begins to take shape.In the new era,Hangzhou innovatively puts forward the credit management method of teacher training,and has carried out the second round of famous teacher work,new sharp teacher training and other projects to promote the development of teachers' training.The sixth part,summed up the 40 years of Hangzhou primary and secondary school teacher training characteristics,and draw inspiration.
