Private colleges and universities are an important part of China’s education.In recent years,with the progress of society and the development of education reform,as a powerful complement to public education,private colleges have developed rapidly,playing an increasingly important role in improving the quality of the whole people and promoting social progress.However,in the development of private colleges and universities,inevitably encountered some problems.Among them,the loss of quality teachers has become one of the major difficulties that have plagued the development of private institutions.How to effectively suppress the loss of teachers and establish a stable and high-quality teaching team has become an urgent problem for private colleges.In this context,based on the theory of corporate culture,humanistic management and Maslow’s needs hierarchy,this paper studies the loss of teachers in Q private colleges through literature review,field research and in-depth interviews.The current situation of teacher management in Q private colleges and the main methods of retaining teachers are reviewed.From the aspects of age,professional title,gender and major,this paper analyzes the problem of teacher loss,and analyzes the causes of teacher loss from the external society,the internal management of the school and the characteristics of teachers.Through the analysis of the problems and causes,the problem is solved.Oriented,based on the perspective of corporate culture,from the perspective of shaping corporate value,enhancing corporate identity and improving corporate institutional culture,retaining teachers’ level,enhancing teachers’ recognition of schools,perfecting teacher quantitative management system,creating "specialized school" characteristic behavior norms,and creating "home" The cultural atmosphere,the establishment of a sound and fair salary system,the ability to improve career planning services,and the need to strengthen the teacher’s humanistic care in terms of people-oriented strategies to retain teachers.It aims to provide a theoretical and practical reference for the teacher management of Q private colleges,and provide case references and practical references for the development of similar private colleges.
