| The sustainable development of private colleges and universities, an important part of higher education in China, has a profound effect on China’s higher education career. Shaanxi Province as the largest province of private higher education, which has been lovingly called "Shaanxi phenomenon" by the researchers. But the quality of private colleges’ education has always been a public focus. The key to improving the quality of education is that stable and excellent teachers are badly needed. At the same time, the faculty shortage caused by the loss of a large number of teachers will become a bottleneck to restrict the health development of private colleges. Under this background, how to effectively prevent the loss of teachers, stabilize teachers and attract talented people to build a high-quality faculty will become the most popular issue in private universities.This study gave a clear definition of relevant concepts and interpreted the concept of the loss of teachers based on full-time teachers of private universities. After that, we discussed the case of S College by questionnaires and personal interviews under the relevant theoretical basis of psychology, in order to obtain the research data of the teachers’loss of private colleges in Shaanxi Province. Analysis of loss of private college teachers in Shaanxi Province can mainly from two aspects both the schools and teachers. At the same time, with the detailed data and evidence, the in-depth analysis of loss of private college teachers should be from psychological perspective view in terms of the stage characteristics of teachers’development. We considered that the teachers’loss of private colleges in Shaanxi Province mainly because of the unsound management system of private colleges and universities, low job satisfaction, stress at work, low salary levels, impersonal performance evaluations, and less job training opportunities for teachers. Finally, the author proposed some strategies for these problems through the analysis of the basis of the problems. |
