Cultivating and implementing students' core literacy is the theme of the new round of educational reform in China.The core quality of students' development mainly refers to the essential characteristics and key abilities that students should possess to adapt to the overall development of individuals and the changes and development of social environment.In 2016,China's core literacy research group proposed that the core literacy system to meet the requirements of the new stage of social development includes three aspects,six core literacy,and eighteen basic points.Core literacy belongs to the category of educational objectives,and each section requires the cultivation and implementation of students' core literacy.Primary school Chinese textbooks are the main media to achieve the teaching objectives,so they are also important carriers to promote students' acquisition of knowledge and skills and to implement core literacy.The text selection system is the essence of Chinese textbooks.Will the text selection system in the "Ministry-compiled Primary School Textbooks" compiled by People's Education Publishing House,which began to be popularized nationwide in September 2017,meet the needs of the society for the cultivation and development of students' core literacy?Based on this,starting from the background of implementing and cultivating students' core literacy,combined with the development requirements of primary school students,this paper studies the compilation of primary school language textbooks from the text selection system.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter defines the core literacy,primary school language textbooks compiled by the Ministry and text selection system through literature review,so as to clarify the concepts for the following research.Chapter two makes a thorough study on the text selection of primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry.Firstly,the research design is given in the first section.Secondly,the core literacy in the text selection system of primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry is studied from the quantitative statistics and content analysis of each core literacy.Chapter three,based on the above statistical results and content analysis,draws the Compilation Characteristics and reflection of the core literacy in the textbook selection system of primary school Chinese compiled by the Ministry.In the last chapter,from the perspective of the perfection of the text selection system itself and the implementation of teaching,the author looks forward to and thinks about the compilation of primary school Chinese textbooks by the Ministry.
