Physical education is not only an important content of university education,but Also plays an important part in students' quality comprehensive development.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the application of information technology in society has become more and more extensive,and to some extent,it has affected people's lifestyle and information acquisition methods.For higher education,the application of information technology has effectively enriched the classroom teaching methods of teachers.The flip-based classroom teaching model based on micro-classes is developed in this environment.However,the effect of this teaching mode in technical teaching such as cheerleading and the specific implementation methods have yet to be studied.In this context,this paper applies the flip-class classroom teaching mode based on micro-class to the empirical research of college cheerleading teaching.This paper applies the micro-class-based flip classroom teaching model to college cheerleading teaching through questionnaire survey,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and literature data method.Concluded as follow:(1)It is feasible to apply the flip-class classroom teaching mode based on micro-class to cheerleading teaching.(2)The flipping classroom teaching mode based on micro-classes plays the role of creating movements before class;explaining the correctness and answering questions in the class;consolidating actions and deepening the impression after class.It has a certain impact on improving the teaching effect.(3)The flip-based classroom teaching mode based on micro-class is applied in cheerleading teaching,allowing students to practice at any time and place,liberating classroom teaching time and increasing practice time,which is beneficial to students' physical quality and academic achievement.Conducive to the formation of students' lifelong sports thoughts.(4)The flipping classroom teaching mode based on micro-classes puts forward new requirements for teachers' preparation of lessons,and puts forward higher requirements for students' self-directed learning,which has certain influence on improving students' self-learning ability.
