Flipped classroom has been favored by many educational experts and scholars since it appeared in 2007 in the United States.There are the silhouette of the times in the rise of the flipped classroom.A variety of mobile devices,electronic products and the popularity of the Internet subtly influence on people's lives,work and study.Flipped classroom and microlectures are the concern of the education circle present subject.Microlectures,as the carrier of flipped classroom content,has the characteristics of short,small and fine.With the use of mobile devices,microlectures more meet the needs of learning whenever and wherever possible.Flipped classroom has advantages of “learning before teaching”,the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and reflecting dominant position of students' learning,which provides a new concept for the current education reform.Based on reviewing and sorting a large number of relevant literatures,the part of the high school teachers were interviewed about flipped classroom and microlectures.The research is created,which is based on the form of flipped classroom teaching,supported by constructivist learning theory,learning theory and hybrid learning theory,focusing on the teaching design,production and implementation of high school mathematics microlectures.The main contents of this study: what the problems are about the teaching design of high school mathematics microlectures under the flipped classroom;what the factors of hindering teachers from flipping classroom teaching are;what the criteria for a good microlecture are;how to design and make a better microlecture;what the effective strategies to solve the problems are and so on.In this paper these contents are expoundedFlipped classroom teaching widely attract the educational circles under the new curriculum reform.It,as an exotic product,adapts to the rules abroad,but is not necessarily suitable for Chinese education situation,whose development is according to the specific environment.
