The new curriculum reform advocates a shift in teaching philosophy from "teacher-centered" to "student-centered".Relying on Internet technology,flipped classroom uses students’ fragmented time and short and concise videos to achieve the purpose of improving students’ awareness of independent learning and cultivating lifelong sports awareness.The key points of education informatization work in 2020 point out that it is necessary to accelerate the modernization of education in the work and integrate information technology with education and teaching.Flipped classroom teaching is a product of the information age,and since its introduction to China,it has been applied to a certain extent in different disciplines.In this context,the practical application of the combination of flipped classroom teaching and flower ball cheerleading teaching is studied.The paper adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and other methods,taking 40 ordinary female college students of Yangling Vocational and Technical College who select flower ball cheerleading elective courses as experimental objects,divided into experimental group and control group(20 people each)to conduct experiments,and analyze the differences between the two groups of students in physical health,learning autonomy,physical self-efficacy and flower ball cheerleading skill level before and after the experiment.It is mainly manifested in the following four aspects:In terms of physical health,compared with traditional physical education teaching,the experimental group’s experimental group improved in terms of 50 meters before and after the experiment and the standing long jump,and there were significant differences.There was an improvement between the experimental and control groups,but the final difference was not significant.In terms of learning autonomy,compared with the control group after the experiment,there were significant differences in the two dimensions of learning motivation and learning environment,and there was no significant difference in the learning process and learning outcome dimensions.It can be seen that the impact of flipped classroom on learning autonomy is greater than that of traditional physical education classroom teaching.In terms of self-efficacy,flipped classrooms are better than traditional physical education in terms of physical ability confidence and physical ability perception.In terms of the basic hand position of flower ball cheerleading,there was no significant difference between the two groups;however,there was a significant difference in the complete set of actions,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The following four conclusions are drawn:(1)The impact of flipped classroom teaching on students’ physical health level is not significantly different from that of traditional teaching,which is closely related to the exercise awareness and living habits of students in vocational colleges and universities and the importance of curriculum.(2)Flipping the classroom teaching mode has a better teaching effect in improving the cheerleading skills of students.Based on the results of this study,flipped classroom teaching has better results than basic hand position teaching.(3)Flipping the classroom teaching model has a positive impact on students’ learning autonomy.The main reason is that the form of classes is relatively new,and the combination of modern multimedia technology and a variety of teaching methods can bring students a different learning experience.(4)Flipped classroom teaching has a positive impact on students’ self-efficacy,the main reason is that students can prepare and solve related problems in advance in the pre-class learning,increase participation in the classroom,find their own sense of existence and satisfaction,improve the sense of satisfaction,and increase the student’s learning interest,which has a complementary relationship between the two aspects.In this experiment,both physically and psychologically,the flipped classroom teaching mode has achieved good results,indicating that the flipped classroom teaching effect in the teaching of flower ball cheerleading in vocational colleges and universities is remarkable.
