The instrumental performance of the teachers’ role reflects the fact that some of the instrumental tendencies are biased in the educational environment.The problem is charact-erized by a lack of care and human touch.In this kind of educational environment,teac-hers and students are often passively implementing external abstractions.From the point of view of implementation,they are passive and helpless,not active and happy.Over time,the education enthusiasm and ideals of teachers and students have been ruthlessly re duced.In different relationships,the various roles played by teachers have more or less i-nstrumental performance.Not only that,in the environment of schools and teachers lacki-ng care,the development of students,especially emotional development,has also been g-reatly hindered.Therefore,by making teachers become caregivers,schools and teachers c-an become an environment of concern and ultimately achieve the goal of students growi-ng up in an educational environment of concern.The study is concerned that teachers c-annot beenthusiastic about education and caring for students when the instrumental orient-ation is biased.Relatively,reconciling the teacher relationship that does not understand e-ach other and alleviating the various abstract requirements for teachers in the educationa-l environment can fundamentally enhance the teacher’s emotions and motivate them to c are.Therefore,the study explores in depth the formation of teachers’ instrumental performance and the unhealthy factors in the harmony of various influences in education,in or der to seek strategies to specifically reshape the carers.First,Research explores the instrumental performance of teachers’ roles in the contex-t of Caring Ethics.Because the study mainly explores from the three dimensions of hist-ory,reality and theory,the role of the teacher “career” has many close points with the ethics of concern,and there is a close relationship.Historical dimension combs the teachers’ role quality and the Caring Ethical historical origin,and concludes that the teachers’ responsibility quality is embedded in the Caring Ethical historical origin.Reality dimensio-ns compares and details the differences between Caring Ethics and traditional Ethics in t-eacher training,management and teachers’ educational practice,and concludes that Carin-g Ethics can reconcile teachers’ existing passiveness and helplessness.The theoretical dim-ension indicates that Caring Ethics is more suitable for the inner needs and generation o-f the teachers’ "carer" role.Second,the study focuses on the various tooling performances of teachers’ roles.In order to highlight the differences between teachers’ tooling and ideal performances,the st-udy specifically explores the generalorientation of teachers’ roles.They are: ordinary people and modelers,full-time and functional generalization workers,collaborators and competitors,participants and performers,democratic managers and strong managers,inspiring g-uides and indoctrilateral guides,and reasonable Type users and casual users,creators and repeaters.The study found that the instrumental performance of the teachers’ role reveals helplessness and passiveness,and is a manifestation of the role of lack of moral emotion.Third,Under the perspective of Caring Ethics,the study explores the causes of the i-nstrumental performance of teachers’ roles.Studies suggest that the typical characteristic is that the teachers’ moral emotion gradually disappears,and the teachers theirselves lack moral emotion.An important reason for the lack of teachers’ moral and emotional feeling-s is that the internal motivation of the carers(others,leaders and teachers)has caused p-roblems such as the deviations of caring points,degradation of subjective state from sub-jective to form,inappropriate appearance of turning points of care,and the negative resp-onse of care.On this basis,the study specifically analyzes some of the factors that caus-e them to have problems.Three of the factors are more prominent,such as faithful to principles,lack of time and energy,and reluctance to care.Finally,Under the perspective of Caring Ethics,the study has formulated a reshaping strategy for the causes.The study takes the above three factors as the importantentry poi-nts,and proposes three steps of reconstruction.Step one is to enhance the ethical ideals of carers(others,leaders,and teachers).The specific strategy is to encourage others,lead-ers,colleagues,teachers and students to participate,and actively carry out effective dialo-gue,practice and recognition activities so as to strengthen their ethical sensitivity.Step t-wo is to improve caring supports.The specific strategy is to maintain the continuity of purpose,environment,people and curriculum in school education so as to promote morenatural and real educational situations suitable for development of care,and promote and guarantee the familiarity between the subjects.Step two can promote the realization of st-ep one.Step three is to enhance natural care.The specific strategy is to help and guide parents to care properly,and start from the source to help teachers build aprevious,speci-fic memory of concern.Reconstruction has two expectations.First,relationships of teach-ers’ roles can become caring relationships.Second,in the caring relationship,teachers ca-n experience care and learn to care.Only in this way can the teacher become a person with temperature and can ideally play various roles.
