Caring,as an important part of teachers' professional ethics,has been paid more and more attention by many scholars.However,studies have found that teachers' care cannot be recognized by students,and students cannot feel the care of teachers.As a special group of teachers,what kind of caring dilemma will the internship teachers face? How to solve these difficulties?Based on the consideration of practical problems and the experience of life,this study takes care ethics of Nel Noddings as the theoretical basis,draws on the theoretical dimension of Chinese scholar LeiHao,divides care behavior into three dimensions: Consciousness behavior,Supportive behavior and Inclusive behavior,and takes the top internship teacher as the research object,adopts the combination of interview and text analysis to collect information materials,summed up the difficulties encountered by the internship teachers,and constructed the countermeasures to improve the quality of the internship teachers.This study comprehensively analyzes the caring behavior of internship teachers: conscientious behavior refers to that internship teachers take teaching and management seriously and responsibly.Whether internship teachers are conscientious in teaching and management is the basic requirement to measure whether their caring behavior is in place.Support behavior refers to the internship teachers' help to students in their study and life.The job of the internship teachers is teaching,caring about students' learning is the responsibility of the internship teachers,and caring about students' life is a higher requirement for the internship teachers.Inclusive behavior is the embodiment of intern's student-oriented,and the respect,love and trust of intern's students is the fundamental way to enhance intern's caring behavior and ensure its sustainability.There are three main reasons for the dilemma of care for internship teachers: First,the lack of care due to the care ability,instrumental rationality,and personality characteristics of the internship teachers;Secondly,the humanistic care environment and the the lack of top-notch trainee teachers lacks sufficient external support;Third,student responses and class capacity affect the establishment of caring relationships.In view of this,in terms of countermeasures to promote the caring behavior of internship teachers,this research proposes the following: First,as far as internship teachers themselves are concerned,they must accept themselves,master the methods of care,and learn to accept sexual attention and motivation displacement.Secondly,in terms of the external environment,normal universities set up courses to cultivate the caring ability of normal students,practice schools and instructors should respond to the needs of internship teachers.Third,as far as students are concerned,it is necessary to create a care course for students to learn about care and teach them to actively respond to the care of others.
