In an increasingly institutionalized education system,Noddings emphasizes the humanity of education.Noddings put forward the Caring Ethics with caring as the theme,forming a moral education model of caring as a goal and transcending traditional ethics;the special ethics of caring ethics surpasses the traditional general ethics The relational nature of caring ethics transcends the single subjectivity of traditional ethics;the emotional nature of caring ethics transcends the rationality of traditional ethics.Noddings brought caring ethics to the field of education.Schools are large families composed of different children.Caring is the foundation of successful school education.Every student’s intelligence and situation are different.Schools and teachers should regard students as their own children,pay attention to their abilities and interests,care for their own students,provide them with opportunities for growing,and help them grow into a intact person.Noddings discusses the education model of learning to care.The primary goal of the school is to care for the children and to cultivate people who are capable of caring for others and deserving of love.The curriculum in school should be organized around the theme of caring.The methods of education are examples,dialogue,recognition,practice.In the establishment of teacher-student caring relationship,there is an equal dialogue relationship between teachers and students,and the relationship of making progress together.Continuity is an important feature of the caring relationship between teachers and students;another important feature of the caring relationship between teachers and students is inequality,which is determined by the role of teachers and students in the caring relationship.Teachers play an important role as one of the subjects of caring behavior in education field.Teaching in classroom is the main form of education in the school education process,the basic way to achieve educational goals,and the most direct place for teacher-student interaction and the establishment of teacher-student relationships.Teachers’ caring is very important for the practice of caring education.Based on Noddings caring theory,the author thinks that "teacher caring behavior" is the expression of "caring" understood from the perspective of teachers,and "teacher caring" exists in the caring behavior of teachers.In the process of education,the connotation and characteristics of teachers’ caring behavior are summarized as follows: the premise of teachers’ caring behavior is to understand the needs of students being cared for;teachers’ caring behavior is reflected in education methods,emphasizing dialogue and recognition;teachers’ caring behavior is to guide students to learn how to care.The basic elements of teacher caring behavior can be summarized from the perspective of the unity of knowledge,affection,intention and behavior: knowledge and understanding are the prerequisites and guiding factors for the practice of teacher caring behavior;the emotion of love and tolerance is the core and motivation factors;responsibility is the intermediary of knowledge and emotion,and is the guarantee and adjustment factor of teacher’s caring behavior;practice is the key of teacher’s caring behavior,and it is the dedication and dedication of teachers’ caring behavior to students.The theory of caring has an important enlightening effect on teachers’ classroom caring behavior: the relationship in caring ethics enlightens teachers’ classroom caring behavior to have continuity;the autonomy and responsibility in caring ethics enlightens teachers to respect subjectivity and individual differences;the situaitional and emotional nature in caring education enlightens teachers to pay attention to students’ emotional experience in the classroom;the experience in caring education Teachers should pay attention to the practice in the process of education.Caring education system is the best mode to deal with the deep social change,but caring ethics is facing many questions.Caring itself is difficult to operate.In addition,it can’t break away from the educational reality of "utility".To achieve the educational purpose of caring in education,to form a good caring relationship between teachers and students,to make the society full of caring atmosphere,to make everyone can accept and give care,but also the continuous communication and efforts of all people,and finally to the ideal of educational care.
