In recent years,the sports industry in China has developed rapidly and has become a new growth point of the national economy.This development largely benefits from the propaganda and cultivation of TV media,in addition to the social needs produced by the "charm" of sports.In this context,CCTV launched the annual selection of sports figures,spread positive energy,and had a wide range of influence in sports and society.As one of the three major goals of project management,the quality and efficiency of project schedule management are the key factors that directly affect the completion of the project.However,at present,there is a lack of research on the project schedule management of similar projects in China.How to improve the schedule management level of similar projects is an important subject that the theoretical and practical fields are facing and needs to be solved urgently.This paper takes the project schedule management as the research object,taking the 2016 CCTV annual selection project of sports figures as a case,conduct research in the area of project progress management.The research logic of this paper is based on the definition of the concept,to consolidate the theoretical guidance,Then a detailed review of the specific status of the 2016 CCTV sports figures' annual selection project,find out the progress of the project and analyze the problems,put forward a solution,and finally evaluate the implementation of the project.Based on this,this paper mainly includes the following parts:Part one,the basic theory.This part is based on the background and significance of this article on the review and comments on the research at home and abroad,the relevant definition of the concept of project management,strengthen project management theory,clear objectives and contents of project management,master the technical tools and methods of project schedule management.This part provides theoretical support for the full text of the study.The second part,the current investigation.This part introduces the overall situation of the 2016 annual selection of CCTV sports influential man project,study progress management of the project,to find out the related problems of schedule management and to analyze the reasons,provide a realistic basis and solution for project schedule management below 2016 CCTV sports year project of influential man.The third part,the countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the project progress in the 2016 CCTV sports figures' annual selection project,the countermeasures of reconstructing the project schedule management system are put forward.Including,but not limited to the recompilation of progress plan,organization rearrangement of schedule management,selection of application of schedule technology and tools and other measures to ensure the achievement of project schedule.The fourth part,the project evaluation.This part is mainly to evaluate the effect of the improvement plan of the 2016 sports personage evaluation project progress management.Adherence to the principle of result oriented.According to the comparison of the actual effect of the project and the expected target of the project,the effect of the improvement plan of the project progress management is objectively evaluated.The fifth part,conclusions and prospect.
