Based On The Theory Of Complex Adaptive Systems Study On Dynamic Mechanism Of Production,Learning And Research Cooperative Talents Cultivation In Wuxi Higher Vocational Colleges

The only way for the development of higher vocational education is to integrate the superior resources of different organizations and effectively cultivate high-quality skilled talents.With the change of the current human economic development way,talents training in higher vocational colleges industry-university-institute cooperation of increasingly complex internal and external environment,integration of talent training system in the aspects such as subject,cooperation way and the scope of cooperation has experienced constant development and evolution,from the point to point in the field of the original local cooperation models,gradually developed into the government departments and industry under the influence of intermediary organizations,higher vocational colleges,enterprises and research institutions,such as main body by building a cooperation platform,reform of teaching mode,to create a variety of ways such as education group cooperation complex production-study-research cooperation personnel training mode of talent training.In recent years,the rise of wuxi local economy has driven the rapid development of wuxi higher vocational education.In the continuous practice and exploration of production-study-research cooperation personnel training in wuxi higher vocational colleges,some progress and breakthrough have been made,but there are also some problems.In view of the need to construct the training model of cooperative talents in higher vocational colleges and universities under the new background,this study uses the methods of literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interview and logical reasoning under the guidance of complex adaptive system theory.This paper analyzes the motivation mechanism of producing,studying and researching cooperative talents training in Wuxi higher vocational colleges,and concludes that:(1)the composition of talent cultivation in higher vocational collegesindustry-university-institute cooperation motivation mechanism including the external and internal motivation and based on the actuating mechanism of stimulus-response model.(2)the external driving force of production-study-research cooperation in higher vocational colleges is driven by the macro government,talent demand and market orientation,while the internal driving force is driven by goal motivation,self-interest and pursuit of internal potential.(3)the talent training in higher vocational colleges industry-university-institute cooperation system has a complex adaptive system "gathered,nonlinear,flow and diversity" features,in higher vocational colleges,enterprises and research institutions as the main body building blocks,based on their own needs,resources and advantages of gather,thought to adapt to the environment and adjust their resource allocation mode and operation mode of the rules for internal model,and according to the certain stimulation change the original internal model,make integral mechanism with strong adaptability of propulsion system to a higher level of development and evolution.(4)the internal subjects of the production-university-research cooperation talent training system of wuxi higher vocational colleges constantly adapt to the changes of the environment and spontaneously form the evolution process from simple to complex and from low to high in a self-organizing way,and its generation and development experience the initial stage,the aggregation formation stage and the emergence stage.(5)the dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation personnel training in higher vocational colleges in wuxi is basically consistent with figure 3-1.(6)in wuxi city talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges industry-university-institute cooperation motivation mechanism at present the government's policy guide and institutional guarantee talent training does not reach the designated position,enterprises to participate in the cooperation of underpowered,cooperation project management mechanism is not sound,cultivate the students' vocational ability quality defective problems,affect the close and stable relations of cooperation.On this basis,from the government leading role,open system resources flow channel,to build collaborative education mechanism and so on three aspects put forward concrete Suggestions.
