The Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Industry Associations Participation In Talent Training In Vocational Colleges

As China’s economic development enters a new stage,the strategic position of vocational education in China has gradually improved,and the state has continuously called on diverse subjects in society to participate in vocational education.As an important subject of higher vocational education,vocational colleges and universities undertake the mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents facing the front line needs of production,construction,management and service.However,relying only on higher vocational colleges and universities themselves is easy to cause practical problems such as talent training out of line with actual needs,and it is urgent to need the participation of diverse subjects in society to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.As an important representative of the diverse subjects of society and the "spokesperson" of the enterprise,the industry association can grasp the development trend of the industry,the supply and demand of human resources,policy information exchange,etc.,so as to assist vocational colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents required by the industry.In order to promote the participation of industry associations,it is necessary to clarify the dynamic mechanism for industry associations to participate in the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges.Firstly,this study clarifies the definition of talent training and power mechanism of industry associations and vocational colleges,and systematically analyzes the system composition of the power mechanism of industry associations participating in talent training in vocational colleges based on the theory of the third sector,system theory and social operation dynamic mechanism,determines the analysis framework of the power mechanism,and compiles the dynamic mechanism questionnaire for industry associations to participate in talent training in higher vocational colleges,and verifies the dynamic mechanism questionnaire.Secondly,using self-compiled questionnaires and interview outlines,the current situation,dilemma and reasons of the dynamic mechanism of Guangzhou industry associations participating in talent training in vocational colleges and universities were analyzed and investigated through questionnaire survey method and interview method.After research,the following conclusions are drawn: First,based on the theory of system theory and social operation dynamic mechanism,the analysis framework of the research industry association’s participation in talent training in vocational colleges and universities is established,that is,it is composed of four dimensions: power source development mechanism,power transformation mechanism,power cultivation mechanism and power monitoring feedback mechanism.Second,the overall status of the power mechanism of Guangzhou industry associations participating in the talent training of higher vocational colleges is still good,among which the power monitoring feedback mechanism has the highest score,the power cultivation mechanism is second,and the power source development mechanism and power transformation mechanism are slightly worse.It shows that the spontaneity and action power of the industry association in the early stage of participation are not enough,but the participation motivation will gradually deepen with the passage of time and the presentation of results after the action.Third,through the investigation,it is found that the power mechanism of industry associations participating in the talent training of vocational colleges and universities has the problems of insufficient power source development,insufficient power transformation support,weak implementation of power cultivation,and imperfect power monitoring feedback in all dimensions,and analyzes the reasons for its occurrence.In summary,in view of the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the power mechanism of industry associations participating in talent training in vocational colleges,this study proposes an optimization path for power source development mechanism,power transformation mechanism,power cultivation mechanism and power monitoring feedback mechanism,so as to enhance the enthusiasm of industry associations to participate in talent training in vocational colleges.
