The Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of The Evolution Of University Grassroots Academic Organizations

A university is a "bottom heavy" and "focus on foundation" organization.As the basic cell and core unit of the University,the basic academic organization of the university is an important carrier of the university teaching,scientific research,social service and cultural inheritance.It is the cornerstone of the development of the University.Therefore,the evolution and development of University grassroots academic organizations plays an important role in the survival and development of universities.Therefore,it is a very important task to explore the evolution and dynamic mechanism of evolution of the basic academic organization of the University,which plays an important guiding significance in the development of the grass-roots academic organizations in our universities.Based on the literature review,this paper has a holistic grasp of domestic and foreign research on University grassroots academic organizations.On the basis of the existing theory,this article first discusses the connotation and characteristics of the basic academic organization of the University.The basic academic organization of the university takes the profound knowledge as the fundamental of its survival and development,and the academic nature is its fundamental attribute.The historical research method is used to clarify the development process of the grass-roots academic organizations at home and abroad,and to study the dynamic factors and mechanisms behind the evolution of the grassroots academic organizations through the changes in the form of the grass-roots academic organization in the course of its development.Finally,by means of the theory of organizational system change and comparative study,we find the insufficiency of the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of the grass-roots academic organizations in our universities,and put forward the value orientation,principle compliance and strategy to perfect the evolution.
