Research On Dynamic Mechanism Of Reserve Talents Training In Traditional Basketball School Of Corps

The establishment of campus basketball traditional characteristic schools is an important starting point for deepening the integration of sports and education,exploring and cultivating excellent basketball reserve talents.This study draws on and quotes the concept of ’ mechanism ’,which is widely used in natural science and social science.Based on the theory of ’ system theory ’ and ’ social operation mechanism theory’,and taking the ’ dynamic mechanism ’ derived from the two as the research core,this study establishes the research theme of ’ the dynamic mechanism of the cultivation of reserve talents in traditional characteristic schools of basketball in XPCC campus ’.It is considered that ’ dynamic mechanism ’ is the starting point to examine the current situation of the cultivation of reserve talents in traditional characteristic schools of basketball in XPCC campus.It is an important idea to study how to promote the stable,moderate and orderly operation of the reserve talents training in the traditional characteristic schools of campus basketball.This thesis takes ’ the dynamic mechanism of reserve talents training in traditional characteristic schools of basketball in corps campus ’ as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics.Based on the ’ analysis of the dynamic mechanism of Chinese basketball reserve personnel training and foreign experience ’ → ’ analysis of the current situation of the dynamic mechanism of the reserve personnel training of the traditional characteristic school of basketball in the Corps ’ → ’ influencing factors of the dynamic mechanism of the reserve personnel training of the traditional characteristic school of basketball in the Corps ’ → ’ dilemma of the dynamic mechanism of the reserve personnel training of the traditional characteristic school of basketball in the Corps ’ → ’ optimization countermeasures of the dynamic mechanism of the reserve personnel training of the traditional characteristic school of basketball in the Corps ’,the following research results are obtained :1.The The five factors that affect the dynamic mechanism of reserve talents training in the traditional characteristics of campus basketball in the Corps are : policy,economy,school,coaches and competition.2.At the macro level,the power conversion process of the education and sports departments of each division is sufficient.In terms of the development and power transmission of the power source of the middle power subject,the development means are complete and the transmission media are fully utilized.It not only effectively guides the traditional characteristic school of basketball in the Corps campus to produce a reasonable demand structure,but also enables it to receive a substantial external power.3.At the level of meso-dynamic subject,the traditional characteristic schools of campus basketball in the Corps have difficulties in their own dynamic transformation process,as well as the development of power sources and power transmission of micro-dynamic subject coaches.The specific performance is as follows : the traditional characteristic schools of campus basketball in the Corps have insufficient incentives for coaches,insufficient utilization of ’ advantage needs ’,and imperfect planning system construction of reserve personnel training in the process of their own power transformation,insufficient investment in funds,insufficient supply of training facilities,and imperfect competition system.Coaches can not receive sufficient external motivation,can not form an effective power ’ two-way ’.4.At the micro-level,the motivation of coaches to participate in the training of basketball reserve talents is mainly driven by interest,which is the basis of long-term output of power.And in the goal setting,selection,training,competition and other dynamic transformation links of basketball reserve personnel training,each link is fully implemented,and the overall dynamic transformation process is enriched.To sum up,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures : to optimize the policy tools as the’ fulcrum ’,to guide the direction of school training,to improve the multi-agent coordination as the ’ power point ’,to enhance the vitality of school training,to build the campus basketball culture as the ’ transmission point ’,to ensure the stability of school training,to locate the ’ advantage needs ’ as the ’ focus ’,to mobilize the enthusiasm of coaches training,to build the competition system as the ’ strong point ’,to strengthen the initiative of coaches training.
