Secondary vocational education is an important part of the whole education system,and also the basic part of the vocational education structure.The school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational education has been carried out steadily,the construction of vocational education teachers has been carried out gradually and achieved fruitful results,the structure of teachers has been optimized gradually,the double teacher type teachers have also been steadily increased,and the overall quality of teachers has been steadily improved.However,there are still some problems in the process of development.How to promote the deep integration of school enterprise production and learning cooperation,not only to meet the targeted employment needs of enterprises,but also to meet the teaching practice requirements of school students,at the same time,to improve the quality of school dual teacher teachers and promote the construction of dual teacher team,is the problem that this paper focuses on.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,taking Shandong secondary vocational school as an example,and taking literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method as research methods,this paper puts forward the innovative application-oriented personnel training mode of "1 + X" tutor system in secondary vocational education,and follows the logical method of finding out problems,finding out causes and putting forward solutions,and carries out the following research:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper analyzes the talent training mode and the "double teacher" teachers team of the secondary vocational school industry school cooperation,and summarizes the research significance,research ideas,research methods and research innovation of this paper.The second chapter is a summary of the research at home and abroad.This paper summarizes several countries with mature development and reference significance,and sorts out the production school cooperation training mode and the training of "double teacher" teachers in their secondary vocational education.This paper summarizes the concept of "production and learning cooperation" mode,the content of production and learning cooperation mode,the concept of "double teacher type teachers",the current situation of the construction of "double teacher type" teachers and the problems existing in the construction,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the research at home and abroad.The third chapter is the definition of related concepts.This paper defines the concepts of "secondary vocational education","production school cooperation","double teacher type" teachers,and "1 + X" tutor system innovative talent training mode.The fourth chapter takes the secondary vocational education school of Shandong Province as an example to investigate the current situation of the cooperation of production and education in secondary vocational education in Shandong Province in the form of questionnaire,introduce the object and content of the questionnaire,explain the basic situation of the cooperation between school and enterprise and the construction of double teacher type,take excel as the statistical tool for data statistics,and use the three line table to summarize and analyze the questionnaire systematically Comparison.The fifth chapter points out the problems existing in the cooperation of production and learning and the double teacher type teachers in the secondary vocational education.In the sixth chapter,it puts forward the innovative "1 + X" tutorial system applied talents training mode,explains the theoretical basis,objectives and principles of the mode construction,and establishes the indicators and framework flow chart of "1 + X" tutorial system talents training mode,and expounds "1 + X" in detail The content and characteristics of the training mode of tutor system.The seventh chapter introduces the implementation of "1 + X" tutor training mode of secondary vocational talents under the cooperation of production and education,and puts forward the targeted suggestions for the government,enterprises and secondary vocational education schools.The eighth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.
