Study On The Talent Cultivation Of Modern Apprenticeship In Higher Vocational Colleges

Apprenticeship training mode has achieved good results in the talent cultivation plan of western countries,and has been proved to be an effective talent cultivation mode in line with the training principles of vocational education.Based on this,in order to adapt to the development of China’s new era and cultivate compound talents suitable for the needs of the new era,China has gradually introduced the modern apprenticeship system,and carried out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship training nationwide.As a training system supporting modern vocational education,modern apprenticeship is an efficient and important training mode.This thesis attempts to systematically study the trace of the relevant participants of the pilot program of modern apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges conduct in-depth and systematic cooperation in the talent cultivation of modern apprenticeship under the current Chinese system conditions.And so as provide reference for the sustainable and efficient development of modern apprenticeship,as well as to realize the efficient and sustainable development of modern apprenticeship in the new era.It is of great significance to popularize the system in the future.This thesis analyzes and studies the training mode based on stakeholder,institutional change,situational learning and work-based theory.Through the collection and analysis of relevant literature and theoretical thinking,this thesis reviews the theoretical analysis framework to clarify the connotation and theoretical framework of modern apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges.Using empirical research methods,such as questionnaire survey and interview,this thesis investigates the pilot situation of 10 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province.And to understand the pilot situation of modern apprenticeship from four aspects of the government and the ministry of education,provincial government,colleges and enterprises.Combined with the survey data,this thesis analyzes the current situation of modern apprenticeship pilot in higher vocational colleges,and explores the problems existing in the pilot program of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges from five aspects of government,schools,enterprises,students and industry associations.Through systematic research and analysis,it is found that the lack of provincial policy and security system of modern apprenticeship and modern management of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges,the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in apprenticeship,the prejudice of students to modern apprenticeship,and the failure of industry association to play a role.Taking all those mentioned above,this thesis puts forward five countermeasures.First,to establish and improve the provincial policy and security system,the government should improve the provincial funding security system,improve the provincial legal security system,and establish the provincial organization security system.Second,to integrate resources and establish a modern wisdom platform,colleges should establish apprenticeship network education management platform,build module teaching and credit bank system,and build network teaching resource sharing database.Third,to improve the master assessment mechanism to share the pressure of enterprises.Fourth,to propagandize and stimulate students’ initiative to participate.Fifth,to dig deeply the influence of association in modern apprenticeship.
