The reform of primary and secondary school teachers' title system is an important part of the comprehensive reform of education in our country.It is not only related to the core rights and interests of each primary and secondary school teacher,but also to the level of teaching quality of primary and secondary education in our country.Professional teachers for China's science and education and talent through the implementation of the strategic approach to provide a strong talent and intellectual support.This study takes Liaocheng City as an example.Based on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and statistical analysis to study the impact of Liaocheng title reform on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Empirical analysis,to explore the reform in the promotion of primary and secondary school teachers in the professional development of the role and existing problems,and based on the results of the proposed recommendations,trying to improve the title system reform to provide a factual basis,continue to play the title system to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers,To promote the professional development of teachers in the effective role,and then to achieve the quality of primary and secondary education teaching steadily improved.The full text consists of five parts.The first part introduces the research background,the second part of the primary and secondary school teacher title system of historical changes in a phased analysis of the title system reform changes are divided into initial construction,pilot,expansion pilot and implementation of four stages.At the same time,it is the main reason that the title system has been deeply questioned because of the deep analysis of the practical reasons of the reform of the title system,the unreasonable distribution of indicators,the unscientific level setting,the imperfect evaluation system and the imperfect evaluation mechanism.This paper focuses on the reform contents and measures of Liaocheng city in the reform of primary and secondary school teachers' title system.The third part analyzes the impact of job title reform on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Theoretically introduces the dual role of title reform in the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.The fourth part analyzes the role and problems of the reform of the title system in promoting the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers through the investigation and analysis.On the basis of empirical investigation,the fifth part puts forward the guiding ideology and implementation path of professional development of primary and middle school teachers through perfect title reform.
