In the process of education reform and development and the implementation of quality education,teachers are the core resources.In addition,teachers are the main body of teaching and the backbone of the school.Teachers' job evaluation not only can improve the enthusiasm of teachers,but also can enhance their creativity.However,in the assessment of the title of primary and secondary school teachers,there is a problem that does not match with the real work.Xi'an primary school teacher title management system and the actual team of teachers are not suited.On this basis,we analyze and study the system of primary and secondary school teachers in Xi'an,sum up the characteristics of teachers,so as to obtain a scientific and reasonable teacher title evaluation system.Therefore,the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers are improved,so as to lay the foundation for the full implementation of quality education.In this paper,we mainly select the survey method,literature,statistical analysis and other methods.We analyze and study the job evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers in Xi'an,elaborate the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the title evaluation system.In this case,the job evaluation and teacher evaluation system will be more scientific and reasonable.The study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter one introduces the background and current situation of the evaluation of the title of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools.The purpose and significance of the research are expounded,and the research methods and structure of this paper are given.The second chapter introduces the basic concepts and theories in the system of title evaluation.The third chapter analyzes the present situation of the system of teacher title system in Xi'an,and expounds the policy basis and method of title evaluation.On this basis,this paper analyzes the historical changes and basic situation of the evaluation system of teachers' title in Xi'an,and gives the current development status.Chapter 4 presents the problems in the system and analyzes its causes.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers' title.Chapter 6 summarizes the study and gives a prospect.In this paper,we conduct a study on the questionnaire of the relevantpersonnel,and the status of the assessment process of age,education and other factors were counted.At the same time,based on the actual work practice,this paper analyzes the problems in the system of teachers' title system,which includes not only the problem of unreasonable evaluation index system,but also the unscientific model.In the development of education,teachers are the most central force,the background of this study is the assessment of institutions,as well as primary and secondary school teachers to assess the pilot continue to expand.We will summarize and analyze the historical reform of Shaanxi title system,and explore the title system of Xi'an.On this basis,summed up the status of the development of the title system of primary and secondary schools in Xi'an,and studied the specific contents of the assessment system.So as to lay the theoretical foundation for the evaluation mechanism of personnel and personnel to provide theoretical guarantee.At the same time,the study of teacher title evaluation system can not only speed up the construction of teachers' team,but also promote the sustainable development of education.Therefore,the improvement of primary and secondary school teacher title assessment can mobilize the work of the staff enthusiasm and creativity,and thus promote the rational flow of education personnel.
