Study On The Countermeasure Of Function Conversion Of Large Stadiums And Gymnasiums In Guangzhou

Large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums are important stages for holding large-scale sports events.At the end of the competition,venues often fail to fully consider the use of the pre-competition design,resulting in venues unable to meet the diverse sports needs of the masses after the game.As the carrier of public service provided by the government,the waste of venue resources has caused people's complaints about the government,which has affected the image of the government and hindered the construction of a harmonious society.As a city hosting the Asian Games and the National Games,Guangzhou has built a number of large-scale stadiums.However,due to insufficient consideration in the construction of the stadiums,the functions of the stadiums can not be effectively transformed according to the needs after the games.For this reason,this paper carries out research on the topic of function transformation of stadiums and gymnasiums,hoping to improve the efficiency level of service of large-scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in Guangzhou.By using the methods of documentation,field investigation and expert interview,this paper studies the status quo and existing problems of functional transformation of large-scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in Guangzhou.The study found that: Guangzhou large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums lacked overall planning,did not consider the late operation in the early design;single space utilization mode,not pay attention to the diversified use of space;inadequate management mechanism,resulting in high conversion cost,long conversion time consumption,low staff performance;lack of feedback evaluation channels,supply and demand dislocation.In view of the existing problems of large stadiums and Gymnasiums in Guangzhou at present,this paper uses case analysis method to study the experience of functional transformation of large stadiums and gymnasiums at home and abroad,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment: giving priority to sports functions,taking into account the coordinated development of multi-functions,planning and designing the functions of stadiums and gymnasiums as a whole;scientifically managing the process of functional transformation to improve the efficiency and effect of conversion;Compound utilization can strengthen the relationship between the main space and the subsidiary space,expand the spaceof venues,and promote the integration of venues into the urban service system.According to the existing problems,combined with the experience of stadium function transformation at home and abroad,and using the theory of dynamic adaptability and system principle,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for function transformation of large-scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in Guangzhou.Firstly,it investigates the needs of the surrounding residents,adapts to the space layout of stadiums and enhances the systematicness of the functions of stadiums and gymnasiums;secondly,it adopts flexible and variable facilities to increase the Thirdly,we should rationally transform the idle space,operate in various ways and develop the relevant formats appropriately.Fourthly,we should comprehensively analyze the internal and external resources of venues,formulate time,cost and manpower plans,supervise and control the conversion process,and evaluate and feedback the conversion results.
