Large-scale facility as an important material foundation of the development of sport undertaking and the major carrier material of sport estate has been included in the scope of government investment. According to information available, since the reform and opening , a large amount of funds had been used into large-scale facilities, that made our country a large number of sports governing sharply increase, while the large-scale investment and large-scale stadium's characteristics that stadium control, funding longterm recovery of constraints restrict the availability of the corresponding income, how to exert a possession advantage of large-scale stadium and optimal allocation of stadium resources and to improve the utilization of large-scale stadium issues such as possession are increasingly severe what we must do, large-scale stadium management and operate has gradually been paying attention to.In this study, through questionnaires, investigate 105 large-scale stadium in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Jinan, Chengdu, Xiamen, Nanjing, and interview person who are being in related field and in charge. The study found that China's major large-scale stadium faces the following dilemma: (1) a shortage of funds; (2) single-mode field operators, the use of inefficient and inappropriate after development; (3) the operation and management of a bloated system, a whole quality; (4) the concept of conservative business, the lack of unique marketing tools; (5) were not effective, policy support, venue operation of the burden too great. The reason of the above issues is that the operation and management of large stadiums manner, mode problems, the ways of operation and management direct impact on the life and death of large stadiums. In this study, base on the analysis of several large stadiums of the their advantages and disadvantages of business model, we find that there are five aspects restrict the operation and management of large-scale 's development of sports facilities such as idea and concepts,the venueitself,the nature of capital and talent, institutional obstacles and complex quality ofservice. So many factors, allows us to control the operation and management of large-scale stadium work will not be carried out only from the fundamental solution to complex management issues in the process of governing in order to help embark on large-scale industrialization of the stadium, profitability of the road. Analysis of a large stadium in the possession of our success stories and learn from foreign countries governing the operation and management of large-scale stadium experience, in this study the concept of private business, and operating means of diversification, human service facilities, stadiums and urban positive interaction management specialization, Field control facilities control a variety of large-scale sports venues trends and clear ownership, rights and responsibilities; focus on the construction of sports facilities in rural areas, improving their awareness of sports consumption; big stadiums foreign advanced experience; increase the Government's preferential policies to support attracting social funds to respond to our recommendations, such as large stadium in the operation and management control issues .Increse the vigor of reform and ways and change the means of innovation, with a view to provide theory basis to large-scale 's development in China.
