With the rapid increase of China's economy,Asian Games,the Olympic Games and so on the multitudinous large-scale sports event succeeds in our country conducts,what the concomitance comes is the large-scale sports facility constructing upsurge,the large-scale sports facility is after all the large-scale sports event most important carrier.However,the large-scale sports facility investment scale big,the operation management complex,the maintenance cost was high,has become the question which all levels of governments needed to face.The substantial loss of large stadiums has become a heavy burden on all levels of government.In order to solve this problem,enrich the theory of operation management of large Stadiums in China,and give relevant operation and management departments to provide a reference.In this study,two large stadiums in Taiwan,Taipei Arena,and K-Arena,as two typical cases.by applying the methods of Inspection,expert interviews,and other methods,through their financing model,operation management,and financial analysis,research on their strengths and weaknesses,summed up the useful operation management experiences of large stadiums in Taiwan.The conclusion of this study is divided into three aspects:the financing and management of large stadiums in Taiwan,the operations management of large stadiums and the balance of public welfare and profitability of large stadiums in Taiwan.The financing of the large stadiums and venues in Taiwan has an important influence on the business model after its completion.According to the different ownership,management right,and decision-making power of the venues,it can be divided into single-track system of ownership and management.Business,management and ownership of the unified dual-track system of a variety of business management.The operation of large stadiums in Taiwan,under the influence of different operators,presents two different characteristics of rigid management and flexible management.Under the management of government department,the characteristics of rigid management are shown,and the operation of private enterprise When it is more flexible.Under the influence of different operators,the public welfare and profitability of the large stadiums in Taiwan shows different balance.When the business is Outsourcing management,the profitability of the large stadiums is taken as a way to improve the utilization rate of the stadiums and increase the number of activities.Increase the income of the stadium,public mode;Taiwan's large stadiums reflect more welfare that is public.Based on this,this research below proposed suggested:First,after large-scale sports facility construction financing and the match the operation is connected highly,even may say the financing pattern decision management pattern.Therefore,the government invests constructing the large-scale sports facility emphasis public welfare,the social capital investment constructing large-scale sports facility attention profit making.Second,even if is the government invests constructing the large-scale sports facility also to be possible to use outside the committee multiplex management patterns and so on operation,contract.This time,the government department only must strengthen to facility operation supervising and managing,prevented appears deviation which the facility overall operation moves towards.However,still had the public welfare as for the first place,through the establishment free or the preferential benefit use facility date number method,reduced the populace to use the facility the cost.Third,our country large-scale sports facility will use the multiplex financing pattern as far as possible,through the PPP pattern attraction folk capital investment,the stimulation folk capital vigor,will reduce public financial the burden,will appear the PPP pattern safeguard policy,will guarantee the social capital profit.Changes our country large-scale sports facility rigid management pattern,continual readjustment owns organization and the management structure,nimble should to the individual demand and the market demand change.
