Research On Management Of Large-scale Stadiums In Suzhou Based On PPP Perspective

At present,large-scale comprehensive stadiums are an indispensable carrier for the development of modern sports industry in China,and they are also the material basis for international sports events.However,in the process of establishing a comprehensive stadium,due to the high initial investment required for the initial construction of the project,the cost recovery rate is slow after the stadium is put into use,and operation and management are difficult.This is also a difficult problem facing all countries in the world.Suzhou is located in the Yangtze River Delta and has strong economic strength.Citizens have a stronger pursuit of spiritual life while satisfying their material lives.Large stadiums have become an important place for fitness and entertainment in Suzhou.However,in the large-scale stadiums in Suzhou,the stadium resources are still idle and the management model lacks reform and innovation.This phenomenon restricts the development of Suzhou's sports industry and affects citizens' pursuit of sports hobbies.Therefore,all levels of governments in Suzhou City should take the innovation and reform of the management model of large-scale comprehensive stadiums as the focus of developing people's livelihood issues.This article takes the management and management of large-scale sports stadiums in Suzhou as the research object,and uses literature methods,expert interview methods and case analysis methods to study the management and management of large-scale sports stadiums in Suzhou from the perspective of PPP.The research results show that:(1)Suzhou's sports industry has developed rapidly,but there are still problems in the management and management of large stadiums,such as backward stadium management systems and lack of professionals.(2)The increasing demand of citizens for sports has increased the people's dependence on sports venues,and it is urgent to improve the management mode of large sports venues.(3)It is the most reasonable choice to adopt the PPP model for the management and operation of large-scale stadiums in Suzhou.This article puts forward the following suggestions for venue management:first,government construction:clarify the boundary between the Suzhou municipal government and the market,establish long-term awareness in the public sector,and coordinate and supervise and manage project operations;second,the project company:internal management The layer should conduct a systematic and in-depth study of the PPP model,establish a professional regulatory agency,carefully select project partners,establish a sound and complete risk-taking mechanism,conduct in-depth market surveys,and carefully price;the third aspect is the social capital side:transforming the development and construction of projects Positioning and establishing lasting and stable links with the government.
