| Employment is the focus of the whole society today.How to improve employment,how to develop employment,how to improve the employment rate of graduates is a problem of great concern to all people.Employment is not only a matter of people’s livelihood,but also an important way to maintain the country’s long-term stability and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,at present,the secondary vocational and technical school students in our country have exposed many problems in their employment under the favorable employment situation,such as: the quality and ability of secondary vocational students need to be improved;the vocational ideal of secondary vocational students is vague;the post adaptability of secondary vocational students is poor;the employment mentality of Secondary Vocational Students needs to be adjusted;and the relevant policies and documents of government departments are insufficient.The lack of funds and implementation,the lack of enthusiasm for active cooperation with secondary vocational schools,and the lack of integrity of social intermediary institutions.These problems not only restrict the employment of secondary vocational students,but also restrict the development of secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools are the preparatory education for employment,so the problem of secondary vocational education is mainly reflected in the employment of students.Starting from the concrete reality,this paper uses the methods of literature reference,questionnaire,interview and case study to analyze the current employment situation of students in modern vocational schools,and then analyses the existing problems of employment service.It also puts forward solutions to the problems of students in vocational schools from five aspects: government level,school level,employer level,intermediary level and student level.The countermeasures to the problems of industry service are expected to provide reference for graduates to have higher employment quality. |
