Research On The Participation Of Tourism Students In Social Service In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the change of society,school plays an increasingly important role in the development of society.As for schools,they serve the society directly,close the relationship between schools and society,promote the development of social economy,and improve the status of schools in social development.For students,students' participation in social services helps them understand the society,integrate into the society,improve their ability and enhance their sense of social responsibility.It is also an important way for students to grow into talents.Therefore,the status and role of students' participation in social services have attracted more and more attention in the vocational education system.Secondary vocational students in social services,tourism professional students to carry out social service activities have their own characteristics and advantages,are more likely to achieve good service effect,but in practice,social service in secondary vocational college students to participate in social service of tourism,tourist professional students to participate in social service ability and level of participation,students participate in social service consciousness,secondary vocational colleges on social service activities organization and training,student service behavior of guarantee and incentive,students to participate in the activities of social service and social practical demand degree of matching problems,so the school in improving the consciousness of students to participate in social service.The time arrangement,organizational form and incentive measures for students to participate in social services are not perfect.Secondary vocational colleges to social service as the important part of talent training,their own learning and development of tourism professional students play an important role,therefore,should be put on the cultivation of the students in colleges and universities from school to society,from theory to practice,strive to improve secondary vocationalstudents awareness,strengthen the training of students' self-esteem and self-efficacy,improving the quality of personnel training,improve students' participation of social service.
