| With the improvement of Chinese people’s living standards,tourism shows the trend of mass.popularization.Booming tourist industry’s demand for workforce grows rapidly,while vocational colleges are faced with students’ unwillingness to be employed and the dilemma of coexist of high employment rate and high unemployment rate.Vocational colleges are the main institutions to train and transport middle-level tourist professional and technical talents for the society.Based on the needs of social and economic development,analyze the insufficient willingness of employment and under employment in detail from professional education level,and propose corresponding strategies are of practical significance to improve the professional training targets and solve the structural contradiction between supply and demand of the tourism talent market.This paper takes tourist major of a secondary vocational school in Hebei province as an example,identify and summarize employment problem of the tourist major talents focuses on three aspect of insufficient employment willingness,low employment rate,high turnover rates,through literature carding and surveys.Based on the above problems,this paper analyzes the reasons from the perspective of professional talent training through curriculum,professional teaching,employment guidance and management,and school enterprise cooperation,and proposes corresponding strategies to improve employment: establish employment-oriented evaluation mechanism,improve employment management and service,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,and improve the teaching quality and training quality of tourist talents.This study is characterized by taking Z school as an example,conducting detailed research based on literature carding and obtaining comprehensive and trustful information.However,because the selected case is only one that is limited to the provincial scope,the representativeness can not be fully demonstrated and tested,so the validity of the research conclusion is therefore limited,which is the deficiency and regret of this paper. |
