The Research Of Employment Problems Of Secondary Vocational Graduates

Employment is the foundation of civil livelihood, problems about which are always widely paid attention to in the society. At present, the employment difficulty of college students has become an important problem in the economic developing process. People with high skills cultivated by secondary vocational schools directly face the labor market, so the current employment situation of those schools can best reflect the labor density extent and the structure of labor component. In recent years, with a high employment rate created by graduates from secondary vocational school, but the employment stability rate are in a low level. The employment quality is not satisfying and graduates are faced with a rather serious employment situation. The employment quality of graduates in these schools determines their reputation, further affecting the students scale in future years and their sustainable development. Therefore, improving the employment quality of graduates from secondary vocational school has drawn great attention from different people in the society. Researches about the employment problems of those graduates should be based on analyzing their current employment situation, then find the real factors influencing the employment quality and propose advice with pertinence for improving employment quality. This research is of important theoretical value and practical meaning to the secondary vocational education and employment problem.After collecting plenty of reference material and relative document analysis, as well as some employment research theories in both home and abroad, the focus of this essay is confirmed and drawbacks of current research are discovered. This essay takes the graduates from Shijiazhuang Engineering School as the research objects, with the help of questionnaire for investigation on the employment current situation and employment problem. Use the interview method, in which the relative leader and teachers in the school are the interviewees for having a better understanding of the employment instructing situation, teaching pattern, majors setting and courses teaching problem. The data in the investigation is compiled. The reason about the problems arousing in employment is analyzed. Then strategies on improving employment quality on secondary vocational school are proposed. The whole essay is divided into four parts. The main content is as follows:The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces analysis bout the research current situation, research purpose, research meaning, research idea, research method and relative definitions in employment problems.The second part takes the Shijiazhuang Engineering School as the example. The employment current situation of secondary vocational school is analyzed according to statistics of the questionnaire result and induction of the interview result.The third part is constructed based on the research of the employment situation mentioned above. It mainly analyzes the cause for the problem in employment problems of secondary vocational schools. The cause is analyzed from the perspective of secondary vocational schools and graduates.The fourth part aims at the employment problem of graduates from secondary vocational schools. From the aspects of nation, society and students, the advice and strategies about improving employment quality of graduates from secondary vocational schools are proposed.
