| Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of building a "socialist country ruled by law",and today,the rule of law education has been integrated into our national education system and occupies an important position.Rule of law education in primary schools is an important means to improve pupils’ legal literacy,and children’s position is the key to the implementation of rule of law education in primary schools.This paper takes the rule of law education in primary schools from the standpoint of children as the research object,and through the analysis of the manifestations and causes of the deviation of the current rule of law education from the standpoint of children,attempts to explore the practical path of the rule of law education in primary schools that follows the standpoint of children.In this paper,the author collects,analyses and collates the literature about the rule of law education in primary schools and children’s standpoint.On the basis of defining the concept of "children’s standpoint",the author elaborates the reason why the rule of law education in primary schools determines children’s standpoint and the goal and requirement of the rule of law education in primary schools under children’s standpoint.The author uses the method of case analysis to discuss the deviation of law education from children’s standpoint in primaryschools,which is mainly manifested in four aspects: the implementation of law education in primary schools does not pay attention to developmental goals;the forms of law education in primary schools do not take into account the diversity of children;the activities of law education in primary schools do not reflect children’s participation;and the recognition of children’s uniqueness by law educators in primary schools.Lack of knowledge.And the reasons are analyzed in depth: the marginalization of the status of primary school rule of law education,the failure of primary school rule of law education to fully implement the concept of the new curriculum reform and the weakness of primary school rule of law education teachers.Finally,the author puts forward the practical path of the rule of law education in primary schools from the children’s standpoint.Firstly,the concept of "student-oriented" education should always be implemented in the rule of law education in primary schools.Rule of law education in primary schools recognizes and respects children’s uniqueness,implements and exerts children’s initiative,recognizes and attaches importance to children’s development.Secondly,the primary goal of rule of law education in primary schools should be to improve children’s legal literacy.By satisfying children’s needs for rule of law education and integrating rule of law education into pupils’ real life,the author believes that in terms of educational content,we should break the logical system of disciplines,focus on children’s lives,and improve the systematicness,hierarchy and richness of the content of rule of law education in primary schools;and fourth,rule of law in primary schools.Theforms of education should conform to the characteristics of children’s diversity.Including the construction of the cultural atmosphere of school rule of law,thematic activities,research tours and other forms of law education suitable for children;Fifth,to enhance the self-accomplishment of primary school rule of law educators from the standpoint of children.Primary school law educators should conscientiously implement the new curriculum reform concept,consciously renew the legal knowledge reserve,and actively participate in the legal curriculum training. |
