| China is now in a new period of building a country under the rule of law,and the country’s requirements for rule of law education are becoming higher and higher,and it has become a social consensus that rule of law education starts with children.It is a comprehensive curriculum based on social development and students’ lives,and its content is close to children’s lives,so it is particularly important to teach the rule of law from the perspective of children’s lives.Based on the perspective of children’s lives,the study investigates the current situation of the implementation of rule of law education in the sixth grade Morality and Rule of Law curriculum in Nanning primary schools,analyses the problems and reasons for them,and proposes effective strategies for implementing rule of law education in the primary school Morality and Rule of Law curriculum based on children’s lives.This study mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of implementing rule of law education in the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum in primary schools.The analysis finds that most of the current studies on rule of law education in the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum are at the junior high school,high school and university levels,and there are fewer studies on rule of law education in the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum at the primary school level,and there are even fewer studies based on children’s life perspectives.There are even fewer studies based on the perspective of children’s lives.Based on the analysis of students’ questionnaires and teachers’ interviews,it is found that the current problems of rule of law education in the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum in primary schools are: firstly,the implementation of rule of law education in schools is not in place,which is manifested in too little training on the topic of rule of law education in schools,a single evaluation method and a lack of full-time teachers for the morality and rule of law curriculum;secondly,teachers do not attach importance to rule of law education in Morality and Rule of Law classes,which is mainly manifested in subject teachers Third,the effect of students’ learning and use of the law is not satisfactory,mainly in terms of the lack of basic knowledge of rule of law education and the lack of awareness of the rule of law in relation to theory and practice.The reasons for the above problems mainly include: schools weaken the rule of law education in the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum,teachers have a utilitarian tendency in the implementation of the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum,and students also lack initiative in the learning of rule of law education knowledge.In response to the current problems in the implementation of rule of law education in the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum in primary schools,the following targeted strategies are proposed: First,schools take a series of measures to promote the implementation of rule of law education in the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum,including changing the concept of education to facilitate the implementation of rule of law education: bringing into play the role of the Morality and Rule of Law Teaching and Research Group to promote research and teaching;establishing the educational concept of looking at children’s lives and implementing the Morality and Rule of Law curriculum;and conducting thematic Secondly,teachers improve rule of law education in the Daoist curriculum from the perspective of children’s lives,which requires teachers to strengthen classroom teaching of rule of law education based on children’s lives: understanding the concept of the curriculum and formulating lifelike teaching objectives,rationalising teaching methods based on children’s standpoints,and creating classroom teaching of rule of law education based on children’s lives.This requires teachers to enhance classroom teaching of the rule of law based on children’s lives: understanding the concept of the curriculum and setting lifelike teaching objectives,using appropriate teaching methods based on children’s standpoints,and creating situations to promote students’ awareness of how to use the law. |
