"Since the division of teaching" is a principle in the implementation of individualized basis,according to the personality characteristics of students to implement a form of teaching philosophy and teaching.First,defines "from the sub-teaching","the Naturally teaching five-word method," concepts,and discusses "from the sub-teaching" the basic principles and theoretical basis ";then summed,carding and elaborated County national high school language classroom implementation of the" Self-stars teaching five-word method,"the preparatory work and the concrete practice of the exploration process,the use of modern educational concepts,theories on the" five-word law "(affection,learning,development,evaluation,measuring)the classroom case were specific and in-depth analysis;and finally County High school of the Chinese nation "from the sub-teaching"classroom practice a comprehensive reflection,inductive generalization of its effectiveness and shortcomings.The basic conclusion is: Chinese "from the sub-teaching" has the practical operability,it can enhance teachers and students,between life and mutual solutions,to create a harmonious campus environment;making individualized based on the pursuit of the common progress of all students to the greatest teaching philosophy realization;both to some extent alleviate the workload of teachers,but also can effectively enhance students ’learning ability of students to make teaching and learning a new look inevitable;improve spatial learning initiative;teachers’ ideological emancipation,classroom informative;discipline standings steadily rising;strong style of study,language literacy overall.But there are still some deficiencies,such as: fake discussion;insufficient scientific instructions.These deficiencies need to be improved in the future "from the sub-teach teaching" practice.
