Primary education is the basic stage of the students ’ educational career,and the teaching of Chinese literacy is the basis of the elementary education.As an important part of Chinese education,Chinese characters not only have the function of communication and communication,but also bear the responsibility of inheriting national culture.This paper is mainly to explore the new path of Chinese literacy education through the study of "word Sense literacy teaching method" in Taiwan.In the elementary school literacy teaching,how to let the student master the Chinese character pronunciation,the meaning and the glyph,according to the Chinese character’s own rule and the characteristic,grasps the Chinese character study the scientific method,has laid the solid foundation for the later higher stage reading and the written expression ability training.And in the process of learning,through the study of Chinese characters,can deeply comprehend the Chinese culture.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is mainly divided into four parts.The first part,"The word Sense literacy teaching method" The summary,it mainly includes: establishing the definition of the three concepts of "character sense","character sense teaching" and "Chinese Character education",and discussing the connection and difference between "vernacular teaching" and "word sense teaching",and demonstrates the theoretical basis of "The word Sense literacy method".The second part expounds the "Word Sense literacy teaching method" in Taiwan,which is a comprehensive overview of the word sense instruction.The third part,comprehensively analyzes "the character sense Literacy teaching method" the implementation present situation,embarks from the Taiwan actual teaching case,to the mainland area’s literacy teaching certain opinion and the reference,also pointed out in the literacy teaching the question which appeared.The forth part,through the analysis method,the observation method and so on many kinds of methods,discusses Taiwan area "The word Sense literacy teaching method" to the mainland region literacy instruction enlightenment.Includes: Reference "Liushu said",according to pictographic characters,the system of the literal word,the word and the phonetic character is used to carry on the Chinese character teaching;in the teaching of Chinese characters,the root of Chinese character is used to analyze the source;Unit classification,centralized literacy,transformation of ancient and modern meanings,and cultural inheritance in literacy teaching,analyzed the inseparable relationship between Chinese characters.Part Five,some teaching suggestions on the implementation of the "Word Sense literacy teaching method" in mainland China.Generally speaking,the word sense teaching method has a solid theoretical foundation as its support,and it is proved to be effective in practical teaching.Its advantage lies in: On the one hand,through the display of ancient Chinese characters,students have a perceptual understanding of the character shape,while stimulating their desire to learn,on the other hand,through the root source of Chinese characters to expand the vertical and horizontal expansion to simple,so that students have a holistic understanding of Chinese character system.At the same time to explain the needs of Chinese characters and the introduction of the relevant cultural background knowledge for students to understand the Chinese culture opened a window.However,it is necessary to do a lot of basic work in the teaching of word-sense literacy,such as compiling the related literacy textbooks,breaking the limitation of the teaching of Chinese pronunciation,improving the quality of the teachers themselves and not matching the department’s version of the literacy unit.This paper aims to provide new ideas and new methods for the teaching of Chinese mainland literacy through comprehensive analysis and research.At the same time,it also provides some references and reference for teachers who work in the first line.
