The development of the market economy and the deepening of the modernization process have made citizens' demand for diversification and specialization of social services increasingly prominent.The gradual transformation of the government's social services and governance functions,the socialization of public services and the development of social governance innovation have become a trend.The successive implementation of social service projects,the rise of family integrated service models,and the application of project-based social work have all promoted the progressive development of social work as a professional social service activity to become an important force in China's social service capacity building.However,in the process of social service transmission,the existence of insufficient professionalism not only affects the quality of professional services,but also is not conducive to the development of social work industry.At present,social work has insufficient research on the professional issues of social work services.After reviewing the literature,this paper clearly distinguishes the two concepts of “professionalism” and “professionalization”.On the basis of clear concepts,combined with the previous professional work theory and professional service practice of social work,the professional evaluation standard of social work service was designed,and a clear and clear measurement standard for social work service professionalism was tried.The study is based on a practical model of social work in G--the family comprehensive service center service,which uses qualitative research semi-structured interviews and participation observation methods to collect data.In order to meet the environment in which professional service transmission occurs,the interviewees in this paper select 18 first-line social workers whose service life in G City Family Comprehensive Service Center is between 1 and 10 years,among which 16 people have received professional social work undergraduate education.Non-professional origin is 2 people.Using the established service professional assessment criteria to analyze the professional environment,the social workers in the process of home-based service transmission,the use of professional knowledge,the establishment of service goals,the values,professional service methods,professional skills used 5 Insufficient professionalism.It attempts to summarize the causes and performance of professional insufficiency in social work professional services from the four aspects of action subject,goal,situation and norm,and analyze its impact on professional services.On this basis,we try to propose countermeasures and suggestions for solving problems from three levels: government,institutions,and social workers.
