A Research On The Services Transmission Of Social Work Institutions

With the development of government purchasing social work services, social work agencies began to attract the attention of people. Guangzhou created a new model when buying the social work service, that namely the Integrated Family Service Centre model. The Integrated Family Service Centre which is a service platform to the street transported services through the social workers. As a new thing, the establishment of Integrated Family Service Centre development is often seen in the newspaper, but academic research on the concrete process of service transmission of less, especially in the field of practice research material has yet to be added.This article adopts qualitative research methods to the town of Guangzhou D Integrated Family Service Centre as the case. The research depended on the resource dependence theory, ecological system theory and analysed detailed the process of service transmission through the interviews, the participant observation and other research methods. According to the service supply, service object, service transmission process and service evaluation process, the author introduced the whole dynamic process about the government who purchased the services and the social workers delivered the services throughout the process in the Integrated Family Service Centre.On the basis of above analysis, the author drew the conclusion combined with relevant theoretical, that one is between the government and institutions rely on "asymmetry", the government’s strong power of institutions, weak dependence and institutions for the government’s weak power, strong dependence; Second is service specialization and town government in the process of producing game; Three is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency in the process of choice, attaches great importance to the efficiency to ignore efficiency, etc. The author raised different aspects in order to ensure the quality of service transmission from the service supply, service object, service transmission and service evaluation in different aspects. Therefore, the author came up with the improvement measures about the research methods and research time in order to ensure the study more scientific comprehensive.
