Research On Professional Service Capacity Building Of Social Work Institutions

The shortage of professional service directly and seriously affects the orderly operation and lasting development of social work institutions.Under the keynote of social governance innovation,how to improve the professional service ability of social work institutions has become an urgent problem to be solved in its operation and development.The social work institution in Wuhan is still in the embryonic stage of development,and it is of great importance to analyze the development of its professional service ability for the development of the entire social work profession.Based on this,this study collects and analyzes the present situation of professional service ability of social work institutions in Wuhan through questionnaire and interviews,and divides professional service ability into two major categories: external support ability and internal management ability,summarizes the new institutional school and resource dependence Theoretical basis,sort out the promotion of social work professional service strategy.Taking w social work organization as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo of its professional service ability and then puts forward the process and method of improvement.It summarizes the problems existing in the process of professional service ability improvement and the solution strategies.The main content of this article can be divided into three levels:(1)According to the new institutional school and resource dependence theory,this paper analyzes two specific dimensions of professional service ability of social work institutions in Wuhan-internal management ability and external support ability.Through the investigation and analysis of seven aspects of service delivery capability,staff building capacity,infrastructure capacity,personnel training capacity,professional staff capacity,resource access capability and external environment and policy capability,Based on this,it laid the foundation for raising the specific strategy of professional service capability for later.(2)To sort out the principles of how to enhance the professional service ability of social work organizations and how to improve the professional service ability;to clarify the professional service ability to enhance the strategic objectives;and to provide organizational guarantee according to the strategic objectives.Among them,the main ways of guaranteeing the organization's professional service ability are establishing the concept of overall service,establishing professional service team and operating mechanism with professional service ability as the focus of organization.For resource integration,we must first integrate the internal resources of professional service capabilities according to the actual situation of the organization itself,and then determine the goal of integrating external resources.Finally,establish a long-term cooperation mechanism for internal and external resource systems to provide professional services for social work organizations Provide specific strategies.(3)Taking w as a case study to enhance the professional service ability,in turn,involved in the professional service ability of w institution in accordance with the promotion strategy,at the same time,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the professional service ability of w institution as a whole,and then more efficiently and scientifically It reveals the problems existing in the professional service ability of w institutions,proposes feasible measures from three aspects: the concept of professional service is not clear,the lack of back management personnel and the lack of professional service ability innovation,and provide reference for the improvement of professional service ability of other social work institutions..The study found that the professional service capabilities of social work agencies in Wuhan show the weak external support capabilities,the lack of overall internal management capacity of the overall status of the social work industry in Wuhan City,the most urgent task is to enhance the professional service capabilities of institutions.The study draws a conclusion that the methods of training professional staff to participate in the professional service concept,establishing a professional talent management training system and strengthening the innovation of professional service ability play a significant role in enhancing the professional service ability of institutions.
