Social Work Intervention In Rural Children's Community Education

With the development of society and the advent of knowledge economy era,people's attention to community education is gradually increasing.As one of the important groups in the community,the research topics of how to carry out community education for children and how to promote their health and all-round development have attracted the attention of academia.At present,previous studies on community education mostly focused on urban or community residents,and less on rural children.This requires further research and discussion.In recent years,family education and school education have also been paid attention to by people in Xinjiang,but people still do not pay enough attention to the effectiveness of rural community education,so how to use professional methods related to social work to carry out community education for rural children has become an important research topic.This study takes S village of Paikeqi Township in Shache County as the investigation site,and enters the village as a social work intern.The basic situation of primary and secondary school children is observed and questionnaires are conducted.The survey results show that children's needs for community education are mainly reflected in three aspects: learning status,daily entertainment and interpersonal communication.According to the actual needs of children in S village and their own knowledge,this study plans and implements community education activities in summer vacation.This activity starts from three aspects: learning counseling,entertainment and interpersonal communication of children in S village,and is carried out in the form of community activities and informal groups.At the end of the activity,the effect of the activity was evaluated by asking the members to fill in the evaluation questionnaire and interviewing some parents of students.At the same time,it summarizes the effectiveness and reflection of social work intervention in rural children's community education,and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures on social workintervention in rural children's community education based on the above results,hoping to meet the basic needs of rural children and provide more healthy and happy growth environment for rural children in Xinjiang.
