For pension issues, all along most domestic scholars focused on towns, however, for remote rural areas, particularly in research combination with fieldwork is too few. The objective of this paper is trying to explore a suitable approach for rural community care service under the guidance of the theory of social work.In this paper, the elderly 60 years and older were taken as the targets of investigation. The investigation of the basic situation of the elderly community town F mainly came from four aspects, including daily care, medical services, entertainment and spiritual comfort. Finally, the intervention method of social work to local community care services was proposed.
