| The main narrative line of this study is about half a year’s implementation process of the eco-tourism and community building project carried out by D village,K Township,n county,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,with the support of M foundation.The core issue of this study is how to involve social work in the participation of rural community residents,that is,how to reshape the farmers’ recognition of community public affairs through social work activities,and the real problem of response is grass-roots governance There are some problems in the management of rural society.The participation of community residents is very important for the development and prosperity of rural communities,and rural elites are the influential groups in rural communities.The participation of rural elites in community construction can effectively respond to the needs of rural community governance.Social work is a professional force that has developed in recent years to participate in the grass-roots community governance.As a short board in the current community development,the practice of social work involving in the participation of rural elite community is of more practical significance.The first chapter is the introduction,which consists of three parts: the proposal of problems,literature review and research methods;the second chapter is the general situation of the research object D village and the project of "ecotourism and community building" in D village.D village is located in Xinglong Mountain Area of Gansu Province,adjacent to the nature reserve,the closed environment and low income level lead to the strong will of residents to develop,and the cicadas are singing and the forest is quiet The third chapter is the practical process of social work involving in the participation of rural elite community,and the theoretical analysis is carried out from the four aspects of "legitimacy","project system","collective memory" and "suspension",which are respectively the process of rural elite participating in the construction of public facilities: the construction process of legitimacy and anti Thinking,rural elites assist in the implementation of Ecotourism: "project system" and rural community construction,rural elites go out to visit and study: "self" turns to "group I" and collective memory,rural elites participate in the construction of "D village tourism planning and management committee" : the suspension of community social organizations;the fourth chapter is the research findings,respectively from the practical intervention process,role,strategy,effectiveness The fifth chapter is the conclusion and discussion.The conclusion starts from the strategy of social work practice,and concludes four types of community participation under the framework of community participation This paper discusses the experience value of social work involving in rural elite community participation from the perspective of "legitimacy","project system","collective memory" and "suspension".At last,it puts forward that the participation of rural community residents should pay attention to the governance value of local culture and endogenous resources of villages.The results show that by promoting the implementation of "ecotourism and community building" project in D village,there are four types of community participation: compulsory(Welfare)participation,guiding(voluntary)participation,spontaneous(entertainment)participation,planning(rights and interests)participation in the framework of community work,resource link,group work,building community support network to carry out social work The path of social work is feasible and effective.The process of social work involving rural elite community participation is discussed in four dimensions: the construction of "legitimacy","project system" and rural community governance,"self" turning to "group self" and collective memory,and "suspension" of community social organization,so as to realize the effective combination of rural social work practice and sociological theory. |
