Social Ecology Analysis Of University Students' Entrepreneurial Difficulties And Its Solutions

Nowadays,China is facing increasingly severe employment situation of college students.College students are potential developing people with certain professional knowledge and innovative ability.The research on the dilemma of college students' entrepreneurship and finding out specific support paths can help the college students to give full play to their own advantages.Then it can provide more innovative talents for the society,create more employment opportunities and relieve the pressure of social employment.Based on the theory of social ecology and entrepreneurship research,this thesis will combs the relevant scholars' research achievements and focus on the predicament factors in the process of college students' entrepreneurship,the relationship between these difficulties,and what effects these factors have made on entrepreneurship in the current social ecosystem.Then to further explore what kind of method should be used to build a healthy and innovative entrepreneurial social entrepreneurship ecosystem,create a good social atmosphere and cultivate more successful entrepreneurial and innovative talents.Meanwhile,it will also discuss about what kind of ability,psychology,physical state,and experience system that the entrepreneurial college students should be built to overcome the difficulties on the road of entrepreneurship.This thesis analyzes the other countries' solutions and characteristics in solving the dilemmas of university students: America focuses on entrepreneurship environment,entrepreneurship support policy and entrepreneurship education.Germany pay attention to nurture entrepreneurship and supplement adequate funding to support entrepreneurship.Japan has better experience on entrepreneurship education that throughout the whole process and the mobilization of social production,education and research.Meanwhile,it also studied Shanghai's entrepreneurship education and training services,preferential policies for college students' entrepreneurship,and financial subsidies.And Beijing's policy implementation,measures for attracting high-end entrepreneurial talents,and setting up a business service base.Except these,it also involves Ningbo's experience in promoting scientific and technological innovation,introducing entrepreneurship training,and commending entrepreneurs.Through deep research,this thesis will finally put forward solutions to the difficulties of university students' entrepreneurship,mainly in four aspects.First,we should deepen reform of the education system,update entrepreneurship courses and build a platform for improving entrepreneurship knowledge among college students.Second,we should improve the policy environment,the scientific nature of entrepreneurship policies,the implementation of entrepreneurship policies and the policy to solve the problem of entrepreneurship.Third,we should optimize the start-up financing environment,reduce the interest on loans,improve the credit guarantee system,and provide small loan services for college students.Forth,we should optimize the social atmosphere for college students' entrepreneurship,strengthen the propaganda and interpretation of relevant policies,deepen the entrepreneurial culture atmosphere,and build entrepreneurial incentive mechanism.
