Since Premier Li Keqiang put forward "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",college students' entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in the current research on college students.Encouraging college students to choose self-employment can not only solve the problem of employment,but also promote the sound and rapid development of the national economy.However,at present,there are some problems such as low proportion of entrepreneurship and low success rate of entrepreneurship in the college students' entrepreneurship.Therefore,how to improve the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students,enhance their entrepreneurial intention and let more college students participate in entrepreneurial activities are of great significance.Therefore,by studying the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial intention and mechanism of action,this dissertation provides scientific theoretical basis and effective policy suggestions for training entrepreneurial talents from multiple perspectives.Based on the social ecosystems theory,from three perspectives this dissertation explores the influence of personal characteristics,external resources and social entrepreneurial environment on the college students' entrepreneurial intention.From the personal characteristics perspective,this paper discusses the relationship between college students' personal characteristics,entrepreneurial alertness,opportunity identification and entrepreneurial intention;from the external resources perspective,it studies the influence of college students' perceived social support,entrepreneurial resources acquisition,on entrepreneurship education provided by universities to college students' entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and the relationship between these and entrepreneurial intention;from the social entrepreneurial environment perspective,it analyzes the influence of various dimensions of entrepreneurial environment on college students' entrepreneurial intention.Three structural equation models are constructed,and test scales are designed for the models with reference to maturity scale.Based on two "Internet +" College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and a “Innovation Creativity Entrepreneurship” Challenge,questionnaires were distributed to the contestants,and use partial least square method to analyze the data.The results showed that from the perspective of personal characteristics,personality traits(extroversion,agreeableness,neuroticism)of college students influenced their entrepreneurial intention through opportunity identification and entrepreneurial alertness.From the perspective of external resources,college students' perceived social support and entrepreneurial resources,as well as entrepreneurship education carried out by universities significantly affect college students' entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and then affect their entrepreneurial intention.From the perspective of social entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial policy,economic environment,educational environment,financing environment and social culture will positively affect the entrepreneurial intention of college students.To clarify the influencing factors,specific ways of college students' entrepreneurial intention from various perspectives and the influence relationship between the influencing factors from different perspectives will help college students cultivate their own entrepreneurial interest,assist families and universities to provide various material and spiritual support for college students,provide suggestions for the government to formulate relevant policies,and finally achieve the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial intention.
