At present,China is in a crucial period of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the real economy.Whether it is to transform the economic development mode,or implement the "Made in China 2025" plan,or even complete the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way,or realize the “Two Centenary Goals” and the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,it is urgently required a large number of high-quality skilled personnel with "artisan spirit" to provide solid talent protection to meet the needs of economic development for skilled talents.Beijing is also following the strategic layout of the central government to upgrade its economic structure.Under the background of the strategic positioning of the capital city,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration and the orderly dismantling of non-capital functions,a large number of first-line skilled talents are needed to serve the city.Secondary vocational schools are precisely the providers of these talents.However,due to the development of secondary vocational schools and the external environment,its development faces problems that are incompatible with the new requirements of the capital’s economic and social development.They exist in professional setting,personnel training,teacher team building,and curriculum setting.To some extent,it is lagging behind and cannot meet market demand.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and research value to accurately analyze the problems faced by the development of secondary vocational schools in Beijing,to develop practical and feasible programs,to enhance the contribution and influence of secondary vocational schools,and to make them more suitable for the development of capital functions.This paper will analyze these problems from six aspects.The specific contents are as follows: The foreword of the first part of the thesis introduces the background,significance,current status of research at home and abroad,research purposes and methods,and points out the innovations and deficiencies of the paper.The second part is the study of theories and concepts related to secondary vocational education.It introduces the definitions of concepts such as secondary vocational schools and double-teachers,and introduces the theory of human capital theory and demand hierarchy to provide theoretical support for thesis writing.The third part introduces the current situation of secondary vocational schools in Beijing,such as the scale of teaching,the situation of teachers,professional settings,etc.,and finds outstanding issues.The fourth part is a case study.The S school is the research object.From the aspects of students,teachers,professional settings and government policies,we find out the problems and causes.In the fifth part,reasonable suggestions are brought up based on the existing problems and combined with the actual situation.The sixth part is the conclusion,in which the prospect of the development of secondary vocational education in our city is greatly expected.
