Cultivation Education, it is a kind of education which starts with conduct training, synthesizing various educational methods and approaches, so as to cultivate good conducts and habits for students and improve their ideological and political quality. The content of cultivation education is wide and elaborate; and its content for middle vocational school concludes the following five aspects of conduct regulations: patriotism and discipline, civilization and manners, diligence, self-discipline and work morality. In the current vocational school, there are quite a lot of students who are lack of consciousness and conduct of good habits and morality in many aspects such as saving food, queuing for meals, taking care of pubic property, language civilization and sanitation habits. So, their morality and colligation quality are falling. Nevertheless, the students in vocational school are still immature individuals; there is a great plasticity in their study and life habits. It is possible to correct their bad habits and figure a good quality through scientific ways. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out the cultivation education.The dynamic process of cultivation education can be divided into four periods: the passive acceptance period, the reluctant acceptance period, the initiative acceptance period and the habit-forming period. And forming a good habit is the final purpose of education. The educators should take some relevant education actions according to the characteristics of the educatees in different periods. In this way, we can get twice the result with half the effort.This thesis takes Information Management College of Shijiazhuang for an individual case. It talks about seven approaches and methods that can be adopted by middle vocational school cultivation education such as the example effects of teachers, class evaluation system and optimizing a better circumstance and so on. Based on the researches and interviews, the thesis induces the advantages of cultivation education which can help the student figure a better personality, form a diligent study habit and good life habit and eventually realize the transformation from awareness to conduct. However, during the process of carrying out the cultivation education, there are still some problems because of the irrationality of system, the neglect of methods and reality. Therefore, the school should take some measures to solve the existed problems in order to get a better effect of cultivation education, and at the same time, we should set up a credit file for vocational students and offer more job conditions for them. At last, our students can benefit all life with the good habits they have formed at school.
