Hebei Province, Private Secondary Vocational Education And Development Status, Problems And Countermeasures

The civilian-owned secondary vocational education in Hebei Province has developed over twenty years and set up certain foundation. It appears some good civilian-owned secondary vocational schools. But it is an obstacle for the development of the civilian-owned secondary vocational education that as a whole, development motive power is still lack and development situation still owe stability. How to inject strong development motive force for the civilian-owned secondary vocational education in Hebei Province, and urge it into steady and healthy fast track, and form advantage supplement and developing both for civilian-owned vocational education and publicly-owned vocational education is important subject for vocational educators to study carefully and not to avoid.This research is divided into three parts.The first part clarifies the basic concept, character, characteristics and signification of civilian-owned secondary vocational education of our country.
