As the social environment is changing constantly,the development of college logistics is also changing with the change of the folded environment.Logistics gradually separated from the university,into an independent legal person,independent operation,self-financing.Under the impetus of the reform,although the continuous development,but the management of the logistics of colleges and universities is still in its infancy,especially the management of human resources,or use the original existing pattern,performance appraisal is mostly in the superior leadership to junior staff appraisal of their leaders,channel is unitary,the reaction results is not comprehensive,could lose the meaning of performance appraisal is finally.In logistics management,human resource management plays a very important role,but performance management is the top priority of human resource management,effective performance appraisal is conducive to the development of colleges and universities.College logistics staff structure is complex,many posts,a wide range of work,staff enthusiasm is poor.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,combine individual performance with organizational performance,and implement effective performance management is an important issue for the sustainable development of university logistics.In this paper,a large number of literatures were searched to introduce the research on performance appraisal,and the case of B university logistics group was introduced.Through on-the-spot investigation and some information on B university logistics group performance evaluation and research,using analysis method of key indicators and 360 degree performance appraisal method of the performance appraisal of logistics group,in-depth reason,to find a way to target,try to B university logistics group put forward rational Suggestions and optimize the performance appraisal management system.Based on the uniqueness of logistics in colleges and universities,improving logistics management ability is a guarantee for teachers and students to do well in scientific research and teaching.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide some help to improve the logistics performance appraisal system in college and universities,adapt to the reform of the socialization of logistics in college and universities,and make the logistics in college and universities develop continuously and healthily.
