| Human resource is the core of improving enterprise competition, what is the most important strategic resource of a country, and is the power of social development. Performance appraisal is the combination of the human resources management and enterprise’s operating management, which has a direct role in promoting the overall operation of human resources management. Through performance appraisal to develop the firm’s human resources, is an effective way to all the enterprises gain competitive advantage.Since the implementation of social strategy in the support services of university, how to establish an efficient human resources team, how to adapt to the requirements of modern higher education, and how to achieve the need of its own business development, are the three urgent subjects for managers of support function to solve.This paper analyses with the current situation of performance management in. The author combines with the concrete conditions of company, and aimed at the following problems(the concept of performance management is backward, the form of assessment is formalization, the check index is not scientific, the process of check is lacking in communication, and the results are used simplistically), to designs an all-round system of employee performance appraisal for T-Y education Industry Company. The author has improve this company’s performance assessment from the establishment of index system, the implementation of assessment, the using of check results, the supporting measures of process, what strive to build a scientific and reasonable system of staff performance appraisal management and to benefit sustainable development of the company. |
