| Human resources management is an important link in the enterprisemanagement. Performance management is the core of human resourcemanagement, performance appraisal play a decisive role in the realizationof enterprise strategy.In the process of socialization reform, the university logistics arefacing fierce competition and challenge. Especially in human resourcesmanagement, with the constant improvement of the management level, thedemand for talent is higher and higher, managers gradually realize theimportant role of performance management in enterprise management.This paper firstly introduces the current domestic and foreign aboutthe performance appraisal research, and the related theories ofperformance evaluation are described and analyzed. The author chooses theuniversity rear service group as a case, the group in the developmentprocess of logistic socialization reform, performance appraisal hasachieved some progress has encountered some difficulties, which istypical and representative in the scope of National University logistics.In the analysis, first introduced the group human resources developmentand the performance of system construction. The author takes through fieldinvestigation, consulting the files the way, related data acquisition ofthe group human resources. Then the performance evaluation system of thegroup to carry on the research analysis, trying to find out the currentexisting problems, and analysis reasons of problems. Through the frontanalysis, find out the ideas and methods to optimize plan, construct a new performance appraisal system. The author take the key index method,balanced scorecard and360degree performance appraisal method, optimizedanalysis on the case, try to put forward the feasible optimization schemein detail, provides feasible suggestions to perfect the system ofuniversity logistics performance. Finally, discuss the optimizationproblem may exist, as well as the possible difficulties in theimplementation process, puts forward some measures to ensure theeffective implementation of the program.Hope that through this study, can improve the university logisticsperformance evaluation system, and provide some ideas and suggestions tosolve the problem of human resources in socialization reform of Universitylogistics. |
