Analysis On The Way Of Social Work Intervening Neighborhood Mutual Aid Service

Neighborhood mutual aid service is the focus of livelihood service and the important embodiment of community service function.As an important part of community governance,the smooth development of neighborhood mutual assistance and service activities is conducive to meeting residents'living needs,improving residents'living standards and quality of life,enhancing residents' sense of identity and belonging to the community,promoting neighborhood harmony,and promoting the improvement of community construction and community governance.However,with the transformation and development of the society,the "unit system" community has been disintegrated,and the relationship between community residents has become increasingly indifferent.However,residents'demand for neighborhood mutual assistance services has been increasing and showing a trend of diversification.It is difficult to fully meet the needs of residents by relying only on the services provided by neighborhood committees,and market-oriented services are likely to infringe upon the rights and interests of residents,resulting in the double dilemma of "government failure" and "market failure".Neighborhood mutual aid service is an indispensable link in community governance.This paper aims to explore the social workers' path to carry out neighborhood mutual aid service in communities through the investigation and research on the involvement of social work in neighborhood mutual aid service.This article through to wuhan Chai Dong community "homeland and mutual assistance" in-depth investigation and research on the chest and the raise,for social work intervention neighborhood assistance services,achievements,problems such as the process of analysis,found the social work intervention neighborhood assistance service this path is necessary and feasible,and provide experience to further promote the social work intervention.Through on-the-spot interview and investigation,this paper first makes a detailed understanding of the neighborhood mutual aid service in chaidong community and analyzes the existing problems.Then,the project implementation process is described in detail according to the steps involved in social work.Then,the effectiveness and problems of social work intervention are analyzed.Finally,the necessity and route selection of social work in neighborhood mutual aid service are analyzed.Through the research,the author found that the intervention of social work in neighborhood mutual assistance services can make up for the lack of administration and marketization,meet the needs of residents for community services,improve residents'sense of participation and subject consciousness,and enhance the vitality of the community.Therefore,the intervention of social work in neighborhood mutual aid service is a feasible way to promote the progress of neighborhood mutual aid service.Based on the case of the public welfare fund crowd-funding project of "home mutual aid"in chaidong community of wuhan city,this paper explores the way for social work to get involved in neighborhood mutual aid service and provides a reference "blueprint" for the development of neighborhood mutual aid service in the community.
